The accommodation at High Beech House features 2 beautifully furnished en-suite rooms with wonderful views.

For the 2026/ 2027 Seasons High Beech will be room only accommodation

Free Wi-Fi is included. We take a minimum of a two night stay. We are STL (Short Term Let) approved and regulated by the Scottish Government for a total of 4 guests, 2 per room so unfortunately we cannot accept children sharing a bed with two adults . Our max advised age limit is 10 years old for health and safety reasons.

There are use of kettles in the rooms and a fridge and coffee pod machine in the breakfast/dining room. Coffee, tea biscuits and fresh milk provided.
