Prices are per double king sized en-suite room, per night, are given below, this includes full Scottish breakfast for two or continental (price includes wi-fi as well). We can also cater for gluten free and vegetarian guests.

We give a 5% discount for bookings of 3 nights or more. We have a minimum of a 2 night stay. Unfortunately we do not take single night bookings as we cannot process the laundry with our other commitments on Skye.

Reservations

We have a modest reservation fee of £25.00 per booking which will be deducted from your overall bill. This is non refundable but should be reclaimable on your holiday insurance if you have to cancel depending upon your circumstances. 

We will require the balance of payment for your stay upon arrival and take MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron or cash.

Check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am although we are quite often flexible depending on our daytime jobs. Please let us know if you wish to drop off your bags earlier.

BOOKINGS -  We are in the process of upgrading our server this season.  The availability of rooms is however up to date and can be seen below by scrolling to your start date (green indicates a room is available - note: - single night bookings are not possible) - We would be grateful if you can contact us directly by e-mail to highbeechhouse-skye@hotmail.com to confirm any availability and to book (as at present we are manually confirming reservations when booked on line) You will receive an automatic “authorised” e-mail from our card provider denoting payment has been accepted. Please then allow 12 hours for our own e-mail confirmation response, and make sure to also check your “Junk” folder after that period of time too. Thank you!! Jonathan : )
