The current rates will appear when you scroll to your required dates on the Availability/Bookings page. (Green box denotes a room is free for booking, red denotes booked) Please read all this page before booking.

2027 Prices are per double king sized en-suite room, per night, ROOM ONLY are stated below, (and wi-fi as well). We give a 5% discount for bookings of 3 nights or more. We have a minimum of a 2 night stay as unfortunately we do not take single night bookings as we cannot process the laundry with our other commitments on Skye.

PLEASE NOTE 2026 & 2027  WILL BE            "ROOM ONLY BOOKINGS" 

Reservations

We have a modest reservation fee of £25.00 per booking which will be deducted from your overall bill. This is non refundable but should be reclaimable on your holiday insurance if you have to cancel depending upon your circumstances. 

We will require the balance of payment for your stay upon arrival and take MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron or cash.

Check in is from 3.30pm and check out is 10am although we are quite often flexible depending on our daytime jobs. Please let us know if you wish to drop off your bags earlier.

BOOKINGS -  The availability of rooms is up to date on here and can be seen below by scrolling to your start date (green indicates a room is available - note: - single night bookings are not possible) - We would be grateful if you can contact us directly by e-mail to highbeechhouse-skye@hotmail.com to confirm any availability and to book (we will confirming reservations when booked on line within 12 hrs) You will receive an automatic “authorised” e-mail from our card provider "Worldpay" denoting payment has been accepted. Please then allow 12 hours for our own e-mail confirmation booking response, and make sure to also check your “Junk” folder after that period of time too. Thank you!!
