Prices are per double king sized en-suite room, per night, are given below,  (includes wi-fi as well).

2025 Season March - Oct         £170.00 a night per double room with Scottish or Continental breakfast for two. 

2026 Season March - Oct         £170.00 a night Room Only Bookings

We give a 5% discount for bookings of 3 nights or more.

We have a minimum of a 2 night stay because of other commitments.

Only 2 occupants per room are allowed (as registered in our Scottish STL License)
